• All Mystery Scoops are FINAL SALE.

• No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after purchase unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

• Every Mystery Scoop is packed by hand, making each order unique.

• Processing time for Mystery Scoops is typically 5–9 business days, but may vary during high-volume periods.

• Theme requests, colors, and preferences are appreciated but are never guaranteed.

• If we're unable to fulfill your request, we'll create a random assortment that matches your order as closely as possible.

• Purchasing multiple Mystery Scoops may result in duplicate items.

• If you've ordered from us before, you're welcome to leave a note with items you already own, and we'll do our best to avoid duplicates whenever inventory allows.

• We reserve the right to decline impossible, unrealistic, or unfair requests.
