When will my order ship?


Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you sell authentic imported snacks or drinks?


Yes! We source authentic snacks, candies, and beverages from trusted suppliers and distributors.

What happens if my order contains a pre-order item?


If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives. Pre-order items may take up to 3 months to arrive unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?


Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of food products, snacks, candies, and beverages are generally non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to resolve the issue.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damaged items and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select locations. Shipping availability will be displayed at checkout.

Are your snacks fresh?

We regularly rotate inventory and check expiration dates to ensure products are sold within their intended shelf life. Europe dates" DD/MM/YYYY so 12/06/2026 would be June 6th of 2026 not December 6th of 2026.

Why does my packaging look different than online?

Due to manufacturer updates or regional variations, snacks or toys may occasionally vary from the image shown

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many products are restocked regularly, but some limited-edition and seasonal items may not return once sold out.

Are the toys and fidget products safe for children?

Many of our toys and fidgets are suitable for children; however, some products may contain small parts and are not recommended for young children. Please review product descriptions and age recommendations before purchasing.
