Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kika Shoppe. This Shipping & Pre-Order Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and require additional fulfillment time before shipment.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-order fulfillment may take up to 3 months or longer.
  • Fulfillment estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both:

  • In-stock items, and
  • Pre-order items,

your order will be held and shipped together once all items in the order become available.

We do not automatically split shipments.

By placing an order containing a pre-order item, you agree that all items may be delayed until the pre-order item is ready to ship.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders lost due to incorrect customer-provided information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Fees
  • Additional charges imposed by their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned because:

  • The address provided was incorrect,
  • Delivery was refused, or
  • The package was unclaimed,

additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
